Great tour and value for money! Max was an amazing tour guide. Knowledgable, friendly and super attentive. Had great insights but was mindful to share enough detail depending on intrust but had plenty more to share if more questions arose. Astounded by his knowledge. I felt comfortable and relaxed due to his friendliness. They were flexible to meet what I requested and went out of the way to ensure that my needs and interests were catered for. Had a wonderful half day tour with my guide Phuc. He was very knowledgeable with his information on the locations we visited and their history. Phuc spoke good English and his driver knew where to go and dropped us off and picked us up right outside. Got to see two trains on train street which was pretty cool and enjoyed a delicious Vietnamese hot milk coffee whilst there. Phuc provided me with some favourite eating spots to enjoy local food whilst in Hanoi which was fantastic. Thank you Phuc.
Louis was an amazing guide. He made our day very pleasant and informative. He answered questions well and didn’t pretend to answer questions he didn’t know.

We did the tour together with Minh (Dominic) and had booked it through our hotel. We can really highly recommend the tour. We are generally a bit careful with street food (although we like to eat it) as you never know if you can tolerate it well. But Minh led us to the best street food spots (outside of the Michelin hyped) spots and showed and his favorite dishes. In total we tasted 5 savoury dishes and 1 dessert. It was all super delicious and a real experience. In addition, Minh did the tour in a very sympathetic and casual way and told a lot about his homeland and the circumstances and history of Hanoi.
Excellent tour with Cheng who was a fantastic, interesting and knowledgeable guide. The food establishments we visited felt really authentic and off the beaten track; probably places we wouldn’t have visited otherwise. It was all delicious. We did the tour on our first night in Vietnam and it’s been a great start to the trip.
Great conversationalist even though I was on the trip alone. We didn’t have any awkward silence. Very informative of all the locations we visited. Took into consideration of what I wanted to see to tailor it to my liking.

I had Mr Minh has my guide yesterday evening. Such an eye opener! He was very enthusiastic and knowledgeable about the hidden gems of Hanoi. Considerate and polite too. Food was of course extremely delicious and something different to what we would have as a visitor to Vietnam. Highly recommend to others!
