Booking Policy
All bookings can be made via our website, email, WhatsApp, social media or in person.
Full payment or a deposit may be required to confirm your booking, depending on the type of tour.
A confirmation email or message will be sent once the booking is complete.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the tour start time are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour start time are non-refundable.
In case of extreme weather or unforeseen circumstances, we reserve the right to cancel the tour with a full refund or offer a rescheduled time.
Rescheduling Policy
You may request to reschedule your tour at least 24 hours in advance. We will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability.
Tour Inclusions & Exclusions
Each tour will clearly list what is included (e.g., guide, transportation, meals, entrance tickets).
Personal expenses, tips, alcoholic drinks, and services not mentioned are excluded unless otherwise stated.
Liability Disclaimer
Hanoi City Tours is not responsible for any loss, injury, or damage to personal belongings during the tour.
Guests are responsible for their own health, safety, and personal behavior.
We reserve the right to refuse service to any guest showing signs of intoxication or inappropriate behavior.
Health & Safety
Guests should be in reasonably good health to participate in walking or countryside tours.
Please inform us in advance of any medical conditions, allergies, or dietary restrictions.
We follow all local safety regulations and public health guidelines.
Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend that all guests have valid travel insurance covering accidents, illness, and loss of property.
Changes to Itinerary
Hanoi City Tours reserves the right to make minor changes to the tour itinerary due to weather, traffic, or local conditions.
Major changes will be communicated in advance.

We value your privacy. Any personal information you provide is used only to process bookings or communicate with you.
